The world has lost its sense of safety. Isolation, Quarantine, Lockdown, Entry ban, are the common things we hear daily. Dealing with this uncertainty has become a challenge to all countries. While government imposes strict rules, people should abide by them and concentrate on individual care.

The entire world is stuck with a question that has no answer yet, How long will the pandemic last?  

Fortunately, there are a few methods for coping with stress during COVID 19 outbreak.

1. Stay connected

It is normal to feel stressed, confused, bored, scared, sad during a crisis. Stay away from false news, frequent talks with your loved ones, and close community build trust and confidence to fight the pandemic with a positive and practical approach. Now it’s not only important to concentrate on physical fitness but also to manage mental peace amidst all negative things happening around.

2. Follow a routine

As everyone in the house is stuck with some anxiety and restlessness, to have a cheerful mood at home, follow a routine where everyone in the house is indulged some of the other work, which indirectly helps others, also have a terrace time, or a comedy movie which everyone likes to watch, play with kids, try new recipes, etc. try what works with your family.

3. Stay updated
