Fad diets are the trendy and fastest way of losing weight, but not reliable. This is a diet plan where you eat very less food and with the combination of unhealthy choices. There is always a new diet promoted as the best approach to weight loss. Some diets don’t work and even cut-outs the entire food groups.

No physical activity: You are not lifting weights. The most important thing for weight loss is lifting weights. Some people eat more processed food, while others eat healthy food such as nuts, dark chocolates, cheese. Even if some of the foods are healthy, their calories count more in number.
