Awesome plans.... and perfect plans for those who like to eat home made food for weight loss... example is me only... wen i took plan for the 1st time i was almost to reach 90 but with the help.of lopa's plan I reduced 11 kgs..... it's not a joke it's TRUE incident in my life... and this time I.e 2nd time also I reduced 6 kgs with only help of home made food and exercise chart.... lopa's plan and chart helped to understand tat proper home made food and exercise surely helps to reduce our weight......

Hello, I joined the 30 days weight loss group program and was nervous in the beginning as I had never done this before.
