Aswathy is teaching Yoga since 2015 with over 3000 hours of teaching experience. She completed 200 and 300 hours of Yoga Alliance certification from Aayana Yoga Academy, Bangalore. Specialized in Relaxation Techniques, Aswathy teaches various styles of yoga such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Pranayama. Also a classical dancer and actor.
