Travelling is a passion for many people and it is a dream to few although the travel happiness will be killed by unhealthy eating, keeping physically fit is also a great task in time of travelling. Travelling is happiness which we can enjoy the new place, but never assume they are cheat days of life; healthy eating can be the priority in travelling.

Water is the source of mankind, never forget to carry a water bottle with you where ever you travel and while travelling water is important as you may feel exhausted or dehydrated by walking for a long time hence, carry a bottle it also helps in flushing out toxins from your body and reduce weight.

When we visit any place most of us take a ride, but the actual fact is we are missing out on the real beauty of travelling or exploring the city when we walk through we can understand the actual and the real nature of the place and it also benefits to be fit, walking around can release sweat and also gets physical activity too.

The travel bags should be added with protein bars rather than oily snacks or beverages, travel time most of you may feel hungry or boring, so we start crunching out with oily chips, Samosa, murk, but it can upset your health and also increase the cholesterol level in the body so try to enjoy protein bars which are healthy.
