Also, take one teaspoon of the seeds 10 minutes before lunch and one teaspoon 10 minutes before dinner. Do this for a couple of weeks. You can also include fenugreek seeds and leaves in your diet.

Cinnamon powder

 

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and stir well. Drink this daily. You can also include this spice in your diet by sprinkling cinnamon powder on your cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, and other foods.

Flaxseed & water

Mix one or two tablespoons of freshly ground flaxseed powder in a glass of water and consume it daily. Include ground flax seeds in your diet by adding it to soups and salads.

Tulsi leaves (Basil leaves)

Chew at least 10 Tulsi leaves on an empty stomach or boil Tulsi leaves and drink the water every morning

Honey & lime

Mix one tbsp of honey with lime and lukewarm water and have it on an empty stomach early in the morning. This will help in weight loss as well as manage your PCOS symptoms effectively.
