Hey, it’s the weekend let’s have a nice meal, this is common nowadays, A meal filled with spicy masalas, excess oil, etc, which causes heartburn, indigestion, burning sensation in the chest which is called Acid reflux.

There are simple home remedies to treat this acidity;

  1. Drink coconut water:  Coconut water is rich in fiber, also helps in easy digestion, and is easily available in your surroundings.
