1 on 1 Coaching with Lopamuudra

This program features an absolutely customised plan based on your individual requirements. Lopamuudra is a passionate coach and takes care of each of her clients very intricately. She checks with her clients individually on a daily basis.

    • A diet plan custom made exclusively for you to shed fat and get in shape.
    • Lose upto 12  kgs of body weight over a period of 3 months.
    • Meal Plans will be adjusted based on Medical History and Body Type.
    • Focussed attention to tackle inflammatory body conditions (Hashimoto/RA) with gut friendly and anti-inflammatory food. 
    • Meal plans will change after every 2- 3 weeks depending on progress.
    • Face to Face or Video Consultations on prior appointments throughout the coaching period, to drive motivation or to talk about general queries.
    • Progress will be constantly monitored. Whatsapp and email support as and when needed.
    • Recipes will be shared.
